If your event is time sensitive, please advise us as soon as possible. We will try to have any event up on riDANCE within 5 days of receiving it.

• If it is a rush posting, put RUSH in the title of your email or call us.
• If you call us, speak slowly and clearly especially when you are giving your phone number.
• If you have a lot of information, use email (preferred) or snail mail.
• Please give us as much information as possible including, but not limited to, date of event, times (start and end of event), deadline for registration, place(including street address),directions,name and phone contact for information,and price. A description (or blurb) is very helpful.
• Try to send your information in the same format as the page you want your dance event listed on.
• Check to make sure your information has gone in and that it is correct.
