Cassandra began her dance training at an early age in local Rhode Island studios where she studied various
dance styles before joining the Rhode Island College Dance Company in 2005.
While studying at RIC she has been under the direction of artists including Dante
Delgiudice, Melody Ruffin Ward, Angelica Vessella, and Eva Marie Pacheco.
While a member of the RIC dance
company she has had the opportunity to perfrom works
created by Arthur Aviles of TypicalTheater, Chris
Elam, of Misnomer Dance Theater, and Drika Overton of
MAD Theatricals.
In Summer 2007 Cassandra attended Tisch School of the Arts in New York City where she had
the opportunity to work with and preform work choreographed by Sean Curran, EllisWood, and Ronald K.
Brown/ Evidence. Before returning to RIC in Fall 2007 she has been studying ballet with Giada Ferrone
origionally of Florence Dance Center,and Jolinda Menendez of American Ballet Theater.
