The United States Pilates Association is proud to announce the Joseph H. Pilates Archival Seminar

Join teacher & trainer Brett Howard as he presents rare and exclusive photos and footage of the originator of Pilates - Joseph H. Pilates - teaching and performing rarely seen exercises.

Mr. Howard has been certified in the Authentic Pilates Method of Bosdy Conditioning since 1998 and has been a Teacher-Trainer since 2003. He has trained with first generation teachers Romana Kryzanowska, Kathy Grant, Mary Bowen and Lolita San Miguel. he has appeared in the book, Pilates Method of Body Condtioning. Brett holds a BFA in dance fron SUNY Purchase College of Conservatory of Dance. He is currently a student at the Steinhardt Graduate School of Education at New York University, where he will receive his M.A. in Dance Education with a concentration in Higher Education and Ethnography. Brett has danced professionally for numerous dance companies and is Artistic Director and Choreographer of Brett howard and Company. Brett is now a principal of the United States Pilates Association LLC and Director of the Teacher Trainer Program and its Creative Director.
