"An exchange is a way to encourage the swing dancing community that spans city borders. Participants from outside Montreal will find Montrealers welcoming them with shelter (i.e.free housing), friendship, and dancing. Hence, an exchange is about love from dancers to dancers. Thus, the difference between a series of social dances and an exchange is love, actually." - From Montreal With Love
